***UPDATE*** - I just realized that I can change the icon size. I always thought my icons were too big to look aunthetic to Windows 98...so now I have corrected that! I found Windows 98 icons! Now, I have classic icons, 98 Sounds and with the classic shell, classic Start and Taskbar! My windows 10 has been transformed into classic Windows 95/98! My Classic Windows/Windows 10 mash up. Obviously there is no official classic Windows setting for Windows 10, but with a little Icon change, taskbar settings, graphical setting and resolution change, I came up with this retro Windows/modern Windows 10 mash up. I like it! Then I added a 3rd party utility called Classic Shell and that gave me a classic taskbar look and by clicking on Start, you will get a classic look as you browse through your programs and such.
